Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sunrise Wheat Low Carb Bread Mix Shake well to combine
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sweetener of choice We prefer Swerve
  • tsp Salt Optional

Wet Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Milk of choice Mix half heavy cream and half water to make a low carb milk
  • ¼ cup Butter Melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Best you can afford

Instructions
 

  • Make sure bag is completely sealed and shake well to combine all ingredients (some ingredients may settle to the bottom of the bag during shipping).
  • In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients (bread mix, baking powder, sweetener and salt )
    1 cup Sunrise Wheat Low Carb Bread Mix, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tbsp Sweetener of choice, 1/8 tsp Salt
  • In a small bowl, whisk eggs till slightly airy. Add vanilla and whisk to combine.
    1 Egg, 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Add melted butter to dry mix and stir.
    1/4 cup Butter
  • Add eggs and milk and stir till smooth. Batter should be slightly thick.
  • Allow to rest at room temperature 5 minutes.
  • While your batter is resting, preheat your waffle iron (about 5 minutes) and spray with oil or wipe down with butter to prevent sticking.
  • Place 3/4 cup of the batter onto the waffle iron, close and cook till golden brown. 5 to 7 minutes depending on your waffle maker.*
  • Remove from waffle iron and allow to rest for a few minutes to crisp up.
  • Top with your favorite low carb toppings and enjoy!

Notes

 
The amount of batter you add depends on the size of your waffle maker. 3/4 cups makes one large, 8 inch Belgium waffle roughly 1 inch thick. If using a standard waffle maker, adjust the amount of batter accordingly.
