  • Medium Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2" wide strips
  • ½ inch vegetable/canola oil in frying pan oil should be filled roughly 1/2" high in frying pan.
  • 1 tbsp garlic mix see notes for recipe
  • ¼ cup KETO LLAABS Sunrise Wheat Low Carb Bread Mix see recipe notes on where to buy
  • 1 cup low carb bread crumbs see low carb breadcrumbs recipe
  • 2 large eggs beaten

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken breast into half inch thick chicken strips roughly 3 inches long and lay out on plate to season
    1 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • add oil to fry pan and heat to 325°F over medium heat
    1/2 inch vegetable/canola oil in frying pan
  • quickly beat eggs in small bowl
  • add bread mix into Ziploc bag, place chicken in bag, seal and toss till well coated. Add more bread mix if needed.
  • dip coated chicken strips in eggs
  • coat chicken strips in breadcrumbs till evenly coated.
  • Fry Chicken strips about 2 minutes then flip and continue cooking another 2 to 3 minutes to an internal temperature of 165°F

Notes

Garlic Mix Recipe:
1 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup onion powder (optional but recommended)
