Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 225°F

Prep Eggs

  • In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until well combined (no whites should be showing)
    4 Large Eggs

Combine Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and then mix in the eggs you whisked earlier.
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream, 1/4 TSP Vanilla, 2 TSP Cinnamon

Soaking The Bread

  • Since our low carb bread contains no starches, your bread will need to soak for a minute, then flip and soak another minute. Pull out of custard mixture and allow the excess to drip off the bread.

To Cook

  • Over medium heat, add one tablespoon of canola oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a 10-12 inch frying pan.
  • Place 2 slices of dipped bread into your pan and allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes till the bottom begins to brown. Flip and repeat with the second side. Once the egg is set well into the bread, flip over a couple times till cooked through. About 3 more minutes.
  • Place the finished slices in the preheated oven to keep warm and continue cooking the remaining bread slices.

To Serve

  • Top with your favorite sugar free syrup, softened butter or whipped cream.

Notes

*
  • Make keto milk by mixing 1/2 cup of water and half a cup of half & half
    or
