We created this low carb, keto bread to meet the needs of all, our keto bread mix can be adapted to suit those on a low-fat/calorie plan, as well as vegetarians and vegans. Simply replace butter and eggs with your favorite alternatives, such as olive oil, nut butter, and flax eggs, and you’re all set!
SODIUM & SUGAR FREE- We personally use salt when preparing this bread at home, it is, however, optional if you need to watch your sodium intake or opt not use it.

Because this low carb bread is so similar to traditional bread, it acts similarly to bread. Mix ingredients, allow to rise for ONE hour, and bake for 45 minutes. You can be eating fresh, delicious, low-carb wheat bread in as little as two hours.

• Stand Mixer: Mix, on medium speed, 5-6 minutes till dough comes together.

• Food Processor: Mix 3-4 minutes on low speed till dough comes together.

• Hand Kneading: Mix ingredients till dough begins to form, then knead 15-25 minutes (depending on your bread making experience)

• Bread Machine: Follow directions from your bread makers manufacturer and select “Single Mix Cycle, and Single Knead Cycle. Allow to rise then manual bake for 35-40 minutes.)
