Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ onion white or yellow
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • ½ tsp pepper to taste
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tbsp KETO LLAABS Sunrise Wheat Bread Mix
  • ½ tsp xanthan gum thickener (see notes for alternatives)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked or spanish paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 12oz can diced tomatoes or a cup and a half of fresh diced tomatoes
  • 1 package Shirataki macaroni noodles optional, but recommended for this recipe
  • 1 can black soy beans drained and rinsed well
  • 4 cups beef or chicken stock, or water
